Presentation will look at positive psychology, the science of happiness, the importance of building optimistic mindsets and how how our brain functions under pressure. The presentation will be delivered through the lens of sport but the messages and information will be applicable to all areas. There will be a focus on how we can help build the optimism and resilience in our students and also in our staff teams.
